Why did you open it? 🤔

When I was 11, my Granda took me for a haircut.

Now, this particular barber had an age-related pricing policy.

It was £1 cheaper if you were 10 or younger.

My Granda told me in no uncertain terms that I should lie about my age when the time came to pay.

I reluctantly agreed, but when the owner asked how old I was, I proudly exclaimed, “I was 11 yesterday.”

Despite being honest, I never heard the end of it.

We don’t always like being told what to do.

And you can use that to your advantage on social media and email subject lines.

Enough of the reverse psychology for one day. In other news, I was interviewed by Freelancing Friends recently for their blog. You can read it below.

Until next time.
