Are you dropping this common case study clanger?

I’ve been reading a lot of case studies lately and something struck me.
Many have a ‘results’ section that doesn’t mention any actual results.
For example, a digital agency may write: “The new website is now live and the client is delighted with how it looks. Click the link below to see it.”
There’s no mention of increased traffic, more enquiries or higher search engine rankings. You know, some numbers that are likely to get prospective clients excited.
You don’t need to give away any financial information if your client is uncomfortable. However, something like percentage rises is far better than effectively just highlighting that the agency delivered a new website.
