And then what?
Something is missing from most case studies.
They stop at the client’s results.
Of course, it’s brilliant if you can include these.
But barely anyone mentions what those results helped facilitate. For example:
Did a 30% rise in online profits mean they could hire a new team member?
Was the money saved on monthly PPC spend invested in other areas?
Did their new website give them more confidence to go to networking events?
The most emotive and powerful benefits are often found by asking, “And then what?”.
Something to consider when writing your next case study.
Pump up the volume in everything you do!
