15 steps to better agency blogs

Too many agency blog posts follow a 3-step process.

  1. Someone thinks of a topic they want to write about

  2. They quickly type something up when they have time

  3. It gets published on the website, and the box is ticked

The approach above might save time, but it’s a false economy because so many vital ingredients are missing.

I’d suggest a different strategy to kick things off:

  1. Identify a question your customers frequently ask

  2. Look for other articles on the topic

  3. Research related keywords
